Quite honestly, I haven't heard of her until recently when it was re-released for the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console. Now with the hype of "Shantae: Half-Genie Hero" underway after a successful Kickstarter campaign, I wanted to Lucy to draw her take of the character. :)
