Linda "LadyGuns" Garrison handles her strength and conditioning with her strenuous, but effective daily training at her military base. Linda can flip tires as easily as flipping pancakes. She prefers training there instead of the gym as she has access to the base from her military career. Plus, it's more fun especially while wearing nothing more than her sports bra and shorts to surprise the new troops of her demonstration of raw power.
